Billy Wallace

Billy Wallace has been a dedicated member of the Thalamus team since October 2022, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the electrical field. A lifelong resident of the Opelika-Auburn, Alabama area, Billy has built his career around quality workmanship, customer service, and a passion for developing the next generation of electrical professionals.

Billy specializes in residential electrical service and remodels, with a broad range of experience spanning both traditional electrical work and low-voltage systems. His qualifications include access controls, communications and data systems, camera and security systems, low-voltage lighting design and installation, and more. He is also Generac certified, Ring certified, and ChargePoint charging systems installation certified, with additional expertise in Ubiquiti systems and access control installation.

Before joining Thalamus, Billy owned and operated a family business from 2010 through early 2022. That experience gave him a strong foundation in leadership, business operations, and the importance of treating every customer with respect and delivering a job they can be proud of.

One of Billy’s greatest passions is training and mentoring the next generation of electrical technicians. He believes in sharing his knowledge, building strong technicians, and helping others take pride in their craft. Just as important to him is making every customer smile by delivering quality work and a job well done.
