Allen Conradi

Allen Conradi has spent his entire adult life in the electrical contracting business, working as both an electrician and a licensed electrical contractor. He is an entrepreneur, master practitioner, and educator dedicated to advancing professionalism and workforce development in the electrical trades. He is the founder and leader of Thalamus and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Auburn University’s McWhorter School of Building Science (BSCI). He operates Thalamus with a core mission of elevating the trades by offering apprenticeships, executive coaching for managers, and cross-training employees across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
